1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Pahad Way Travels. By reserving a taxi, outstation cab, local rental, or airport transfer through our website or helpline, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please review them carefully before confirming your ride.

2. Cab Reservations & Pricing Transparency

• Booking Confirmation: All reservations made online or via call are subject to cab and driver availability. Once confirmed, you will receive a booking reference ID and driver contact details.
• Transparent Fare Structure: Quoted rates for one-way and round trips include vehicle rental, fuel charges, and driver allowance.
• Exclusions: Toll taxes, state border entry taxes, parking fees, and expressway charges are to be paid directly by the passenger as per actual receipts, unless explicitly specified as all-inclusive.
• Kilometer Calculation: For round trips and outstation rentals, kilometer reading begins and ends at our designated garage/pickup point as per standard travel industry norms.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand plans can change. Our cancellation rules are designed to be fair and transparent:

• Free Cancellation: You may cancel your booking free of charge up to 4 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time.
• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 4 hours of the scheduled departure time may incur a minimal cancellation fee to compensate the assigned driver.
• Refund Process: Eligible refunds for advance payments will be processed back to the original payment mode within 3-5 business days.

4. Passenger Conduct & Luggage Safety

• Smoking, consumption of alcohol, or possession of contraband/illegal substances inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited under Indian law.
• Passengers are expected to adhere to standard vehicle capacity limits (4 passengers for Sedan, 6-7 passengers for SUV).
• Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings and luggage. While our chauffeurs take extreme care, Pahad Way Travels is not liable for items left behind in cabs.

5. Vehicle Maintenance & Breakdown Guarantee

All vehicles in our fleet undergo rigorous mechanical safety inspections and regular maintenance. In the rare event of a mechanical breakdown during a trip, Pahad Way Travels guarantees an immediate replacement cab or alternative arrangement to ensure your journey continues without major disruption.
